Introduction

For the purpose of scientific expansion, furtherance and promotion in the field of vacuum sciences and technology as well as systems related to it, quantitative and qualitative development of skilled manpower and improving research and educational affairs in the fields related to vacuum sciences and technology, the Iranian Vacuum Society, has been established.
